CANSSI Postdoctoral Fellowship on Inference in the Presence of Missing Survey Data

Applications are invited for a CANSSI Postdoctoral Fellowship specializing in inference for complex surveys in the presence of missing data.

To be eligible, candidates should have received their PhD after December 31, 2013, and must have fulfilled all PhD requirements by the time of taking up the award. The candidates are invited to propose a research project on the treatment of missing data in complex surveys. The postdoctoral fellow will be co-supervised by Changbao Wu (University of Waterloo) and David Haziza (Université de Montréal).

The postdoctoral fellowship is in the amount of $40,000 per year, plus benefits. A successful candidate will be designated a CANSSI Postdoctoral Fellow for a period of one year, starting any time between January 1 and February 29, 2016.

An application consists of (i) a letter outlining the research to be undertaken and the candidate’s suitability; (ii) the candidate’s CV; (iii) two letters of recommendation. The deadline for nominations is November 15, 2015.
